As a micro roastery, we roast our coffees in small batches on a traditional CoffeeTech FZ 94 drum roaster, combined with an Avirnaki Smoke System for emmission free roasting. This approach allows us to unite roasting craftsmanship with modern, sustainable technology.
For each of our single origin coffees, we develop an individual roast profile to highlight the unique characteristics of every bean and unlock its full flavor potential.
Our roaster Thomas roasts fresh every week and monitors the entire roasting process. Weekly team cuppings ensure consistency, quality, and flavor profiles at the highest level.
From farm to cup, we respect the work of coffee farmers through quality driven, sustainable, and fair practices.
